About the Journal

The International Journal for Leadership in Learning (IJLL) is focused on the exploration of leadership issues across a broad range of contexts (e.g., K-12, post-secondary, and other workplaces) and topics. These may include formal and informal leadership and leadership development issues and how leaders and leadership approaches influence employees, followers, and other stakeholders, and may relate to topics of: policy, practices, curriculum development, culture, education and training, and so on.

This journal particularly invites current research, debates and theoretical discussions, and promotes the knowledge mobilization and dissemination of graduate research.

Vol. 24 No. 1 (2024): Relational Leadership in Higher Education and Policing: Exploring Themes of Leadership, Learning, Culture and Skills

This issue explores a range of relational leadership themes and contexts. Most relate to leading in higher education but also in policing contexts. The book review examines humility and curiosity. Imagination and its linkages to relational leadership is presented. Similarly group dynamics and collaboration and the positive outcomes are also encompassed in this issue. Culture, discrimination and the adverse influences of economic theories in higher education are also explored. Learning within leadership development is highlighted as important and exploration of personal impacts are included.
